201 Ceramic Repair Paste

Resimac’s 201 Ceramic Repair Paste is a rebuilding paste grade for badly pitted and scarred surfaces. This paste is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy repair paste containing hardened ceramic particles to give outstanding abrasion resistance. Additionally, it is suitable for emergency repairs or part of planned maintenance to equipment such as worn impellers, damaged valves, eroded separator housings, damaged pump casings, eroded pipework, propellers, bow thrusters, rudders, corroded water boxes, and eroded endplates and tube sheets. Resimac 201 Ceramic Repair Paste, once cured, can be overcoated with Resimac 202 Ceramic Fluid or 203 Super Flow efficiency coating.

Resimac’s 205 Ceramic HT (High Temp Hydrocarbon Immersion) Fluid is a 2 component solvent-free, epoxy novolac coating. The product has been designed to be applied to process equipment, pipelines, and structures subject to erosion and corrosion. The product once cured is suitable for immersion conditions in water, salt water, and aqueous hydrocarbon mixtures at temperatures up to 130˚C. The coating contains ceramic particles to give a hardened finish to metallic surfaces subject to abrasion from high particulate liquids and slurries.

Resimac’s 206 Ceramic HTA (High Temp Acid Immersion) Fluid is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy, novolac repair fluid that is applied in 2 coats at 500-600 microns per coat. The product is suitable for metallic surfaces, can resist continuous immersion conditions in hydrocarbons and acidic media up to 110˚C, and protects against acids and high concentration industrial chemicals.
