501 Series

A range of two-component solvent-free epoxy coatings that have been designed to be applied to steel and primed concrete surfaces. The coatings offer excellent corrosion and weathering resistance and if required can be overcoated with any of the Resimac UV stable topcoats. These versatile products are applied by brush, roller, or spray and are tolerant of surfaces that have less than ideal surface preparation.

507 DWPU

Resimac’s 507 DWPU is a two-component, solvent-free polyurethane coating that has been designed to be applied to steel and primed concrete surfaces. The coating has UK WRAS BS 6920 approval for contact and immersion conditions with drinking water. The coating also has excellent chemical resistance to Chlorination agents such as 15% Sodium Hypochlorite, Chlorine & Chlorine Dioxide. The product can be applied by brush, roller, or spray and once cured will give flexible, long-term chemical & corrosion protection to steel and concrete surfaces.

511 UCEN

Resimac’s 511 UCEN is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy novolac coating suitable for application to metallic and primed concrete surfaces. The coating once cured can withstand permanent immersion conditions in full strength inorganic acids and chemicals up to 113℉ / 45℃. Typical chemicals this product can withstand include 98% sulphuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid & 75% phosphoric acid. The coating can be applied by brush, roller, or standard airless spray and has been used across all industries for long-term chemical attack protection.

Resimac’s 555 Resinox is a single component water-based acrylic corrosion protection coating that has been designed to be applied to mechanically abraded or high-pressure water blasted surfaces. The coating is a UV stable flexible membrane that can be applied by roller or spray and is capable of giving 20+ years of corrosion protection to metallic or concrete surfaces.
