PolySteel/Con-GFS Pro17

PolySteel/Con-GFS Pro17 is a flexible corrosion protective thermoplastic powder coating for steel or concrete applications, for use with flame spray application. These polymer powder applications can provide a long-lasting friction micro-overlay that can restore old pavements to new friction standards. Additionally, it can provide new asphalt surfaces with friction and wear. For example, this is done through the integration of properly graded aggregates into the surface material. PolySteel/Con-GFS Pro17 is made of specially sized aggregates, enriched composite powders, and polymers. Lastly, the powder protects metal surfaces from UV rays, acid rain, tree sap, industrial fallout, insects, water spots, road salt, and more.

201 Ceramic Repair Paste

201 Ceramic Repair Paste is a rebuilding paste grade for badly pitted and scarred surfaces. This paste is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy repair paste containing hardened ceramic particles to give outstanding abrasion resistance. Additionally, it is suitable for emergency repairs or part of planned maintenance to equipment such as worn impellers, damaged valves, eroded separator housings, damaged pump casings, eroded pipework, propellers, bow thrusters, rudders, corroded water boxes, and eroded endplates and tube sheets. Resimac 201 Ceramic Repair Paste, once cured, can be over-coated with Resimac 202 Ceramic Fluid.

205 Ceramic HT Fluid

205 Ceramic HT (High Temp Hydrocarbon Immersion) Fluid is a 2 component solvent-free, epoxy novolac coating. The product has been designed to be applied to process equipment, pipelines, and structures subject to erosion and corrosion. The product once cured is suitable for immersion conditions in water, salt water, and aqueous hydrocarbon mixtures at temperatures up to 130˚C. The coating contains ceramic particles to give a hardened finish to metallic surfaces subject to abrasion from high particulate liquids and slurries.

206 Ceramic HTA Fluid

206 Ceramic HTA (High Temp Acid Immersion) Fluid is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy novolac repair fluid. The product can resist continuous immersion conditions in hydrocarbons and acidic media up to 110˚C.

Composite Pipe Repair

108 Pipe Repair Tape

108 Pipe Repair Tape is a high-performance, rapid curing, moisture-activated repair bandage specifically developed for the repair of leaking pipes.  works best with systems operating up to 218psi with a maximum operating temperature of 120C.​ The tape is manufactured from woven polyester fabric which is impregnated with a polyurethane resin that is activated by water. This product should soak in water prior to being applied. Once saturated with water, the tape wraps around pipe surfaces to seal leaks caused by corrosion and erosion.

301 Epoxy Resin & Hardner

301 Epoxy Resin & Hardener can be applied to manually prepared surfaces to create a Fiberglass (GRP) layer around the entire circumference of leaking pipe surfaces. By incorporating layers of high-strength woven glass fibre the pipe repair system is proven to give 10 years + protection to damaged, leaking, or porous pipe surfaces. Typically, the composite wrap system can be applied to pipe diameters ranging from 1″-50″ and once cured can resist 302℉/ 150℃ temperatures and pressures of 300psi.

601/602 Marine Repair Kits A & C

Resimac Marine A & C kits are epoxy resin and GRP/ glass fibre based repair kits designed for encapsulating and sealing problem pipework onboard vessels. The marine kits use an innovative epoxy gel which is then used in conjunction with tightly woven glass fibre tape to create a strong flexible layer of GRP/ glass fibre around pipes ranging from 25mm/1” to 1050mm/42” diameter. 101 Metal Repair Paste

101 Metal Repair Paste is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy metal repair compound designed to fill surface erosion & corrosion. First, the material is applied to mechanically or abrasive blast-cleaned surfaces. Then, once cured, it will retain high mechanical adhesion to metallic surfaces. Additionally, The time-dependent, shear-thinning nature of the product allows it to be applied at thicknesses up to 25mm without sagging and can be machined to fine tolerances.

503 SPEP

Resimac 503 SPEP is a two-component solvent-free epoxy penetrating concrete primer. This product has been developed for use on newly laid or porous concrete and cementitious surfaces. 505 Damp Seal

Resimac’s 505 Damp Seal is a low viscosity solvent-free epoxy primer designed to seal and consolidate green or wet concrete and cementitious surfaces. The coating penetrates deep into the concrete surfaces to ensure high mechanical adhesion. This product can be used to seal newly laid concrete and can be overcoated by any of the Resimac Chemical and Corrosion Protection coatings.

506 Aluprime

Waterproofing Primers

550 WR Membrane

Resimac’s 550 WR Membrane is a water-based acrylic membrane designed to give long-term flexible waterproof protection to roofs, gutters, tank bases, tank roofs, and GRP structures. The coating can be applied to a wide range of surfaces including mineral felt, concrete, GRP, metal, and cement-based sheeting. Once cured it will give a seamless, UV stable, flexible finish to any roof surface.
